"Visitor Messages" on Profile page

Anybody know how to get rid of the Visitor Messages on your Profile page.... I have a bunch of "Message Has been deleted by (so and so)" that still remain after you delete the message... How do you get ride of those? Inquiring minds want to know?

Mary, I wonder if those messages on your profile are visible only to you? When I checked, all I saw on that Visitor Message tab was a nice, fresh, clean area with no messages, not even the "Message Has been deleted by (so and so)". It affected me like freshly poured cement; it was all I could do to keep from writing in it . . . :rolleyes:

Also, that entire tab was invisible to me until I logged in. Just thought you'd want to know.

Well, thanks for checking, Sara... Glad YOU don't see them... but I don't really care to see the "left behinds" of all my deleted messages either!! What's the sense of deleting your messages when it leaves behind another message telling you what you already know you did! Isn't the whole point of deleting is cleaning up? :mad:

PS: You can write on my nice clean 'slab' of virtual cement.... it's but a page for you to write on!!

Yes, Mary, the visitor messages are in fact invisible whether I'm logged in or not. The only thing that was ....uh....noticable....was....the ...uh...uh...uh....very ....uh .....protrusive profile picture.
