Yes it's me, everybody's favourite Megastar, just to set a few things straight! Dee, you cheeky cheeky lovely boy, I DO NOT use beet juice to colour my hair, it's been growing naturally like that since I was a tiny megastar!! And yes, I still love to share all those lovely, lovely gladioli with my adoring fans, how they scream when I throw them at them in their little seats! Dear old Madge Allsop my faithful maid and travelling valet gets quite worn out after carrying my bags to the dressing room and then taking the flowers to the stage. Ahh it's so wonderful this life...
And to all of you who think and believe I am JoelT reincarnated, well, what sad lives you all lead, get happy, sort yourselves out Possums.
I have to go now darlings, my public await me elsewhere and Madge is jumping up and down again! Bye for now.

Keep crap in The Zoo, please. This didn't need to be posted in the Forum.
Looks like you got your login issues worked out though.
Dear Dame,
Thank you for your heartfelt reply about your alarming choice of hair colour. It is definitely you tho.
Tell me Dame, will you ever take pity on poor Madge and buy her a frock less dull brown?
Just curious,
Dee
PS: You really ought to read the posting regulations, luv. :p

Is this really THE Dame Edna? Barry Humphries? Wow. Now I am truly impressed with fans of Janis. I'm liking this site more and more. I saw his show the last time he was here in San Francisco. Got an autograph as well. Nice man.

Hmmmm....could this be the Dame who has not yet returned Dorothy's ruby slippers? I notice a certain similarity of style....

Some sock puppets never die it appears..
Is this really THE Dame Edna?
Joey,
According to their profile, the last time this person posted was 04-04-2006. I’m pretty sure this is one a couple of fools who were logging in here using different IDs (a sock puppet) just to attempt to create discord, and who got swept out in The Great Message Board Spring Cleaning of '06.

Soooo now I'm really curious....
If a male is a sock puppet would that then in fact mean that a female would invariably be a stocking puppet???

Imagine what a ruse you could pull off with a pantyhose puppet -- you'd have arms!

I think it's time to tell you all that the dame was nobody's sock puppet, but a reincarnation of the boarder formerly known as Fat Bob. All that paranoid **** on the board made me laugh and laugh! Interestingly, the boarders who did know who I was said nothing but added to the fire of speculation. I refer specifically to Chet and Redjack Ryan. I know they wrote to John L who revealed my identity to them. I guess you will never hear from schereazade again either, not that I will be removed from the members list, but vBulletin board administrators can lock people out and make it look like you have a login problem. So if you write to John, he sweetly says there are no problems at his end, but knows full well what has happened. Why am I telling you all this? Because you need to know. And also so you know, I still listen to all my Janis cd's and admire her artistry. I also think circuitboy is JoelT:eek:

Thanks for the response guys and gals. I actually am aware of sock puppets. They tend to be boring, intrusive and quite smelly.
