When I got back home this afternoon, there was a box on the porch, and it said CafePress on the side. I knew I had not ordered anything...
I got it opened, and it was the Rude Girl logo clock! EEeeee! I had to search, but found the note thanking me for watching the girls when they went to Nashville. There was also an explanation of how she tried to get it signed.
You really shoudn't have, but I do love it! Thanks, B and V!
And the screw up on the signing was totally my own. Janis was more than accomodating, but I just messed up on that. Sorry, Karen. It's taking me a bit to get sharp again. But I will. I definitely will. I had a series of nueropsych testing today to measure progress since last summer when I had the encephalopathy. It was much easier this time, so I'm taking that as a good sign. I am grateful to my sister who pushed me to do a lot of cognitive rehab activities over these months to get my brain function back.
Anyway, Karen, tuck the clock under your arm as you head off to your next JI show and I know she will be happy to pen something lovely there!
And we are really grateful to you for watching the kids. It is hard to come by that. We thoroughly enjoyed the break.

Wow! That Beth is something special! and that Karen is something special too! I have the clock, I love it! It hangs in my living room and people sometimes ask. don't you love it when someone asks about your Janis goodies and you get to tell all abou her? it is stuck right now at the wrong time, i think the battery went dead about 6 months ago, but I don't care. it's a different kind of clock with it's own measure of time.
As Far as Beth and Verlann and Karen and how wonderful you all are, it makes me proud to be a rudie
