As previously mentioned, the fee for attending the Jan-nic affair August 12th is $30 for individuals 13 and up and $15 for children under 13. We would like to have the money by July 20th so that we can go ahead and start purchasing the food and supplies. The menu has already been published on other threads, but there will be soda pop and we will be providing Sangria or Mojitos, if folks want something else they'll have to buy it on their own.

To find out how to submit your money, please private message me.

If anyone has a contact or knows where we might get a good deal on paper plates, eating utensils, cups, napkins, table cloths, etc. please let us know.

August looms ever closer - let the excitement start to build.

IB,
Are you having any luck finding inexpensive sources for paper products?
I usually get that sort of thing at Costco or Smart & Final. Do you have those by you?

thanks for all you are doing to put this together!!

See you soon

Thanks my dear. The young lady seemed willing enough, just needed a push towards the volunteer line.. Amazing what getting jabbed with a sharp hook can do.
