This is a relatively new Irish artist - Julie Feeney - she writes and orchestrates all her own material. Her new album PAGES includes the song Impossibly Beautiful. I find it strangely compelling in spite of its repetitiveness. See what y'all think!

She is beautiful, sings well, love the song! Repetition is not bad if done well, and the headdresses certainly break up the trains of thought!...You would enjoy Beach Blanket Babylon in San Francisco, methinks.

That was the one thing I didn't get to have time to go see when I was in San Francisco a few years ago, Bat .... wish I did.... maybe next trip... it's sure has been running long enough!!!

hey bat beach blanket. was something i always went to see.i lived in san francisco for ten years. its a fantastik city !!!! i do miss it.

I lived in SFO for 18 years...well, north of the city...but never got to see bbb.
I would love to before everyone retires...Val Diamond has been doing it since 1979, and when my friend, Steve Salgo, a monster trumpeter, joined the pit orchestra in 1981, he fell for her and married her!
So if you go, and you happen to be near the pit, tell Steve that Barb Graham the horn player says hello, and Happy Birthday! (we share the day...not the year, tho).

Nah, prolly not, but that in itself is an incentive to do it. Do you think Redjack or RandyPA might have sent out an alert to all the Bay area hotels?
