Here's a brief (something like one minute) interview with Janis from spring 1967 (in San Francisco):

Click on "Klingan" (the name of the radio show) beside the speaker symbol and this Swedish show will start by itself after 5-10 seconds.
I don't know about you, but I don't manage to scroll the program on my old Mac and have to listen to other stuff for about 15 minutes first, but that's not bad either -- it's a kind of world-music program, put together quite recently. You can see the track listing for the whole thing further down the page.
The presenter (who also did the interview back then) talks a little about Janis's book, which he recommends highly.
