When I discover "new" (to me) music I don't consider myself in unless I have a "moment." I had my first Janis "moment" today.
I am in St. Louis this weekend visiting a friend of mine. On my way back to the hotel about an hour ago and not very familiar with the area and driving I was not comfortable plugging my i-pod in, so I was listening to country on Sirius. I was tired of it and wanting to hear Janis I thought to myself, "I need to make some Janis CD's when I don't have my i-pod..." I was also thinking "Maybe At Seventeen will be on "The Bridge" I flipped it over and saw the song listed on the screen before she even sung a note. It was her!! At Seventeen! I couldn't believe it.
Thanks for listening.
