A lot going on here

Been away for a while .... bad mother board, etc. Anwyay, lots going on here in Janis-land, and lots of good news (along with the sad). Anyway, yes I too am doing more than ever and wondering in an existential sort of way if it really is getting anybody anywhere. But anyway, I am going back to school...graduate school at long last, studying writing and editing just because I want to. At the ripe age of 50, almost 51, I am now quite clear that it's totally OK to do something just to fulfill myself. No pain, no shame, no guilt...or however that goes.

University of Cincinnati (same as undergrad.) It's kind of weird being back there after all these years...but I like it. A few of the faculty are still there.....amazing they let me back in. :)

Welcome back to the forums, Bryan. I'll be turning 50 myself at the end of the year and the older I get the more I realise that it is most definitely okay to do something to fulfill your life! Whose life is it anyway (as the stage play asked)?
