Thanks everyone for the birthday wishes! I am having a wonderful day. I was watching some of Kathleen's new videos and was almost late to my own party. :eek:
My sister barbecued pork steaks and made my favorite Gooey Butter Cake (it's a St. Louis thing) for desert. My grand-nephew was there and I got in some baby time. (Rent-a-babies are the best.) I had a great time with my family.
My other sister is taking me to see MICHELLE SHOCKED on Friday night at Off Broadway. The last time I was there was to see Janis. (BGG and Peanut were there, too bad I didn't know them then.) Michelle is in my top 3 with Janis and Laura Love, so I am really excited to see the show. She does do a meet and greet after, so I'm taking my songbook and a cd or two to get them signed. A great birthday today and more to look forward to on Friday!
