I will start my 4th life :)
Explanation for the first three:
1) having a life as everyone has, thinking about nothing
2) having a life with pain during seven years
3) having a life without pain after surgary, but living under the same conditions as under point 1
Soooooooooooo, tomorrow is the day I will start my 4th life, and I will get to the whole program and succeed.
I poured my last alcoholic drink, there is nothing left in my house.
I will stop smoking tomorrow, I have only 5 cigs left.
From tomorrow I will live by the program named "Know what you eat"

Happy, happy, happy you. Congratulations.
Make this your fourth live the best and happyest one and donīt stop there, take it to the limits, smile to everybody you like......and give all you care for a great hug when you meet them.
And every time you look into the mirror give the person in front of you the biggest smile of all and tell her that you love her the most and she deserves the best from life and you are going to help her achieve that goal, because she deserves it.
I really admire you for this. Please don't forget to whine to us on difficult moments. Anyone who takes up a big thing like this, is entitled to whine sometimes. In a case like that we can send you Rudiepower and say things to you that will encourage you in doing what you are doing.
You are a hero, Marjan!

I'm cheering for you, Marjan! "know what you eat" is a new one to me - I use this guideline - "never eat anything bigger than your head" ;) Best wishes on your success, Marjan! Think how FABULOUS you'll look and feel at the October concert (and any and all in between or afterwards!)
We are all rooting for you here!! Feel free to whine to us any time you like.
This is no small thing you are undertaking, I wish you much success.
Don't know the specific program you are starting but I think the advice to take it one day at a time applies to big life changes.

I to have been trying to change my lifestyle. Since January I have lost 33lbs.
Then 3 weeks age I had an accident and hurt my ribs. I couldn't excercise and I have done a lot of "comfort" eating and drinking etc etc.
Result being I have put on 8 llbs aaaggghhh!:(
From this weekend I feel much better and in a more positive frame of mind and I feel I will soon get back on track.
Marjan, my point is it is not easy and you may sometimes fail like I have but DON'T GIVE UP, brush yourself down and start afresh the next day.
Wishing you all the very best of luck.
You can do it!:)
I completely understand your situation Mazzey!! I gained weight the last time I hurt myself and couldn't exercise because I also did a lot of comfort eating.....finally got back on track and lost the weight, but it sure can be frustrating. One day at a time!!! Take small steps, don't rush back to all the exercise you were doing before, you don't want to risk a re-injury.
Marjan, how are you doing my friend?
