Hi Folks,

I have been away from the board for too long!! I would read, but not post. Then I had to re-do my password because I could not get logged in automatically.

Hope Janis and all of you are doing great.

I'm wondering how to get hold of the Public Broadcast of Janis' show?

Just saw a bit of it and I heard her doing a bit of Hopper Painting in the warm-up. God, does she sing that in the show? I have always wanted hear her do that song.

Yes you've been gone for a bit... but good to have you back... Yes You've missed a bit as to getting your paws on "JANIS IAN LIVE AT GRAND CENTER" as I understand it can be a bit tough to get unless you get it through PBS but there may be a few copies floating around... You missed the REDJACKS Coolaide Picnic in Pittsburgh, Free passes to the taping in St. Louis, The introduction of the combo set of Janis's book "AUTOBIOGRAPHY" AND "THE 2 DISK CD set "THE AUTO BIOGRAPHY COLLECTION" (Available at the Janis store).... Austrailian Rudies causing the evacuation of a major pittsburgh hotel, The entrance of a 5'6" talking weiner rudie and Many book signings, many concerts and certainly much ado about everything.... And the saga continues....Anyway, welcome home...

Welcome back Dougster.....you've been missed! I've heard there are ways of seeing that show Janis did, like hoping on a plane and flying to a city where it's being aired on PBS. Or maybe donating to a charity could lead to some hot tips as to where to get to see it. I'm sure there will be one at Janismania 2010!

So now that you're back hope we'll see you more often!

There were free passes? My tickets were paid for and MORE THAN WORTH IT! That show was the best retirement present, EVER!!
