My morning read/Dreamland versus Reality

So I wake up, get out of bed and haves me a cup of coffee.........opens the computer and browses around the news media......read the headlines.....did go further then just reading the headlines on this one:

Not going there....wisdom tooth telling me in the loudest possible terms.

Anybody know how you can get the GOOD meds before you even talk to the dentist? That might do the trick.

My housemate has a bottle full somewhere which she got on some pretense. She takes it when she has a headache.
