For those of you following the exploits of the Rude Girl Dishtowels (last seen behind a Do Not Disturb sign on page 3 of the "I Got Mine" thread in the forum...Elliott sent me his RGD as a gift, it was thought our two towels may "get together" and produce a towelette love child)
Here is a picture of what I mailed Elliott earlier this week

Now Elliott has received the offspring but says it is one of the original towels...therefore I present a family portrait

Let's face it, some babies are just butt ugly. This kid has it's parents looks. And the beauty part is, you don't have to change the kid... It absorbs it's own.... well..... you know what I mean. Love, Elliott
PS Thank you Joan.... You may have just set up the first dishrag mill in the country. Be sure and let them out to play, or at least have a smoke. :)

Hoops, you must have at least a hundred nieces and nephews!!! You gonna post the whole brood?? Heck, we haven't even seen your umpteen siblings yet...but if they're all as good looking as you, I guess we can take it...in small doses, please...

This is the smartest baby in the world.... It turns out that it eats dryer lint, and is growing like mad. It's like one of those sucker fish you put in your fish tank that eats the green slimey stuff on the glass. Throw out the swifter; this dude rocks. They grow up so fast... already he doesn't want me to meet his friends, and I think he's ready to start shaving. Either that or he's getting a little shop worn already. Maybe it's like the Strange Case of Benjamin Buttons, where Brad Pitt says, "I'm not as old as I look". And just between you and me, I think he's getting a little too fond of Lemon Pledge. Next thing you know he'll probably be sniffing Pinesol.... Bless his heart.

OMG.. that SO explains a large portion of my childhood!.......
They grow up so fast...
They do, don't they. Before you know it, he'll be dating and ultimately, starting a family of his own. How do you feel about interfabric relationships such as with a wash
cloth? :o

How nice. Sounds like the cuddly type.

but I'm not having any rag of mine mixing it up with polyester.... silk, cotton, linen, bamboo.... I don't care as long as it's natural. The other would just be so wrong..... :o

Oh, Elliott, you make me laugh!! I love this thread! :pMary, would this thread be polyester or a natural one? It would matter to Elliott.

reminds me of a couple of lines from an old Dylan song (maybe I Shall Be Free #10)
I'm liberal but to a degree
I want everyone to be free
But if you think I'd let Barry Goldwater
Move next door and marry my daughter
You must be crazy! Here's another photo of Baby RGD
Should we have a naming contest?

So these towels aren't Kosher? I'm not sure that I approve of that.
You know, when I saw the heading "family portrait", I figured it would be an updated version of the classic graphic with all of our avatars riding the Rudie Bus.
