Hi all - It has been awhile since I have visited... so long ago, in fact, I had to reregister.. it is nice to see the old names again, and that the board is alive and well....

I have FINALLY watched my Janis DVD's - what a treat.. I can still remember the day my first love turned to me and said "Hey - you should listen to this artist.. her name is Janis Ian, and she is AWESOME"... Well, that was in 1974, and I have been a loyal fan ever since....

And Janis... aren't you due for a California tour?? I am waiting to hit the Lotto do I can buy my 100 closest friends LRC's.. :) I keep trying!!

welcome back michelle! and don't worry we all had to reregister this week, updates and all on the website. and I'd like Janis to come to California too. I have a friend there whom i'd love to take to her show. She went to see her years ago, and is my ONLY non JIMB friend who actually listens to Janis with me. I'd happily make the trip out there from new york to meet all of you. i'm glad your hear
