Yes, I, too, was rewatching (or rather listening) to this while typing away behind my computer at work..... thank goodness I can hide in my cubicle.... I always get teary eyed when it comes to the time that Janis is talking about her mom... so picture me behind my computer sniffling!! :(

When she says that the Country was more divided in the 60s than it is now...I just go whoa! I can't even imagine that!

I grew up in Wyoming in the 60s and there was no Country there..... u just were there....and the division was on the news.
Now?...holy moly guacamole..can we (this Country) ever come together again?

Janis has lots to say about a lot of personal things--but most of them, surprisingly, end up being universal.

I've dreamed all my life to meet someone famous and feel like they not only "get me" and like me anyway but they allow me to "get them"...and like them anyway. i don't just like you...anyway, i love you because. maybe that makes no sense. i bet it might.
