Hey, if OakKitten is out looking for nuts.... we got plenty right here on this board... she doesn't have to look too hard for us!!!

True enough Mary, but perhaps she is looking for tastier nuts or at least ones that won't complain about being crowded into a hollow tree trunk all winter only to be eaten in the end. It’s all very mysterious isn’t it.

I'm heading out for a bit of shopping soon and I'm sure to see some squirrels leaping about the grass so I'll see if they can find out where she is using their International squirrel network abilities.

Squirrel season just opened in Minnesota....presumably she's nowhere around here.

I did see a couple of squirrels on my outing yesterday but since I had no goodies to bribe them with they wouldn't talk.
