Some month ago in June Agnes and I went to Rock´in Parc, a festival just in walking distance from my home. It was a lovely day with sunshine, perfect for a outdoor event. We enjoyed listening to some fine artist such as Live, Anouk and Lenny Kravitz. But unfortunatly Beth Hart (one of the artist I´d buyed a ticket for in the first place) had to cancel because of illness.

So I was delighted to see the announcement she would give a concert in my hometown theater today and bought a ticket.
Sigh .... when I arrived at the theater tonight there was a notification on the door .... tonights concert is cancelled because of illness and will be sceduled to another date

This is twice in a few month that I´m aware of .. and Janis feels sorry for doing it the third time in her entire carreer!

Bummer dude.... I know you feel let down, but I feel sorry for the poor artist too. Treat yourself to a new cd and a bottle of wine and have a great date with yourself. Lite a candle and soak in a hot tub with lots of bubles and essential oils.... Not that this is something I would do, but it sounds nice. Okay, maybe the tub.... and the music.... but taking a bath by yourself is just a waste of water if you ask me. Invite a friend! Hope you have a nice evening and relax. Love, Elliott

Sorry about that Marjan. Sorry for Beth too indeed. But I do understand your disappointment. Liste to Elliott. Somewhere in his rambling is some good advice :rolleyes: I'd go for te tub.

i love beth hart. i wish she would get it together. she has been doing this lately cancelling her shows...sad.
