Great pictures Geula, thanks alot to you and Chet for allowing us to see and enjoy them.
When looking at them I get a little sting in my chest, a little nag-pain that says: "You should have stayed long enough to be on the Rudie group photo with Janis."
I like that photo the most, Janis is so great to do this, it is just amasing how great a person see is.

For the Brighton group photo, everyone was so great to be standing ready and waiting at the steps while I went to ask Janis if we could have a group photo taken with her. And even tho she said, "well, it will have to be a quick one ... ", she was the one who asked Philip to take another one just in case the first one didn't come out okay. That's what a considerate person she is. My hero, Janis Ian ... :)

Thank you Geula (and Chet) for the nice pictures!
Very nice pictures, Geula! Ah, it all comes back to me now... How lovely. Thanks Geula & Chet.
I was already wondering where that grouppicture had gone! I remember two people taking the same grouppicture. I wonder who has the other one... Does anyone know?
Persnonally I think Margay is a dangerous person... I mean, look at her planting a hook in my head!

Hi to all,
It took quite a while to post my pictures to Chet, and finally I'm happy to share them with all of you. Chet, you're great. Thanks tons.
Janis, it was more than a pleasure to do the whole way from Israel to Amsterdam, to see you performing live. Thank you very much for the lovely evening. Old songs, especially "Watercolors" reminded me the first time I "met" you, when I was still in high school. Later "Fly Too High", when I was already at the university, and then two years ago, discovering your website, and other records you've done, especially "God and the FBI" and "Restless Eyes", and now the show and FINB, which four copies I bought (except for mine, of course), are already played on and on at my friends in Israel. They are asking for more... (-:
The show was great, both songs and witty parts in between. I'll cherish the beautiful moments at The Kleine Komedie for a long time, and wish you to go on performing and enjoying these evenings, at least as much as I did. Thank you very much for creating the opportunity to meet Ruddies and have the feeling of meeting old friends. It's one of the good cherries in the whole gorgeous pie.
It was also a great opportunity to meet you, all Ruddies, Dutch and from other parts of Europe, whom I had the pleasure to "meet" at JIMB, prior to meeting you live. Corita, you were the first Ruddie I met at the theater, and I won't forget your gesture to wait and see if indeed, they've kept the ticket for me, and if not - to offer an extra one you had with you. Thanks tons. Marjan, who later introduced me to Ruddies who were already there, Agnes and Emmy, whom I had the pleasure to sit next to me during the show, David U.K. (hope you feel much better, wrote you a private message in Hungarian...), Sweet Anne, Eva , Margay+Mom, whom we had a drink together later after the show, Gisli and Kata - hope to see you soon here, Jan de Vreis and Connei, and all the rest of you Ruddies. It was a pleasure to meet you all and feel so welcome.
Hope we all meet again, sometime, and till then - back to JIMB, to go on having fun in small bits.
Best,
Geula.
Sweet Anne,
Who's this? :p

Chet,
Come on, don't you know Manchester Anne? She is definatelly sweet. Anne kept me company after the show, took a few of the pictures you've just posted, asking Janis to have another one with me, in case the one we already had wouldn't come out well.
After we had a drink together later that night, Anne couldn't relax till she made sure I was on the right track to my hotel...(Hi, Mom (-:)), and whom I've already had the pleasue to exchange a few massages since we've met in Amsterdam. Wish we had some more time together, and hope we'll stay in touch.
Now, isn't she sweet?
Geula.

Seriously, yes, she is sweet. SweetMike will attest to that.
