So I was sitting here at my puter when the cell phone rings and it was Saxman Mike!!!! He's sounding well, happy and over all very chipper... He is still in Seattle visiting his daughter Lonnye until Tuesday so he hasn't been on line but we will forgive and excuse him this time... He's having a great time but does regret that he couldn't make St. Louis.... Still I guess as "THEY" often say.... "Blood is thicker then applejuice"....

Janis, Mike wants you to know that he and Lonnye went to the "EXPERIENCE MUSIC PROJECT" a hands on museum in Seattle and was thrilled to see film clips that included many of the great guitarists of our time and in one of these clips no other then Janis was showing off her chops on the guitar... (I'm not sure if the clip came from a master class or concert) but he sure was excited about it...)

To Everybody the Saxman sez' that he misses us all as well as not being able to keep tabs on REDJACKS shenanigans but wanted you all to know that he's having a great time... He does plan to try to make it to Pittsburgh in August, and I'm trying to talk him into riding back to Easton with us and spending a couple days then to see Janis again at Musikfest...

Thats about it... Just know that our fiend is safe in Seattle with his wonderful daughters having a great time...

Best to all

For the Saxman.... R. from Pa

Glad you had a good visit with you daughters, Mike.

How interesting that you found Janis in a museum. That gal is just full of surprises! http://i90.photobucket.com/albums/k267/deemark/Emoticons/newwink.jpg

Saxman, you make me laugh--Queen Tut, indeed! BWAHAHAHAHAHAH!:D
She's a lot more animated, and certainly better preserved than her museum-mate, I'd say.:p

So happy you had a fine visit with Lonnye and Alyssa ...I have to agree that Seattle is a beautiful city, and I love the monorail around downtown, the space needle...had lunch there once and loved it!
I think Lon is gonna love it there and I wish her all the success in the world!

Looking forward to meeting you in Pittsburgh, Saxman.;) ...if you're coming that far, you might as well take Randy up on his generous offer and see another show while you're at it.
