Since meeting many of you at the Sunday evening show in Virginia Beach, I was eager to tell my brother RandyVa all about the experiance. What a pleasure to meet in person the wonderful folks that helped me through a difficult time when Randy was ill. I'm glad you all made it home, safe I hope. Mark Austin was wonderful, Janis was wonderful and all of you are too! I look forward to seeing many of you in Pittsburgh in August at the picnic as I have promised to travel there with my brother. Well, well, well...this is no time for romance, don't make me open up a can of "whoopa**" on you in the burgh! ;) Again, I look forward to meeting more of you, I thank you all for your kindness and I enjoyed all our conversation time before and after Sunday's show. Wonderful write up on Janis...You are THE BEST!!!! Jenny may have been a roadie for a night and an honorary pirate but I got to be a rudie for a night. Becky, to meet internationl Rudies (UK, Dublin, Netherlands and Malaysia), you'll have to fly to London next month and come to the LRC. Well, stand at the door, since I think all the 40 places to the LRC are filled up, with a waiting list besides. Other than that, Amsterdam is another good place to meet other Rudies.

..... Becky it is was such a thrill to finally meet you...... There I was standing outside chating with Janis and all of a sudden I hear... "are you Jenny?"... I thought to myself who would be asking that instead of approaching THE JANIS who was standing right there..... I felt as if I was 20 feet tall..... It was my new friend Becky.... a great hug and a short chat and it was then I knew another rudie had come aboard....It was a pleasure to finally meet you and then later your husband.You have joined our family and we all welcome you with open arms............ sit back, relax and enjoy the ride.......... the rudie ride............. looking forward to seeing you again and since we are neighbors we can always get together for lunch ...dinner or to just hang out.... take care and be in touch............signing off now.... pirate jenny ;-)
