While it does not appear on the official website yet (http://www.honesdalerootsandrhythm.com) I guess I'm safe in announcing that our own Kath (of the guitar) Gileno will be appearing as one of the downtown performers. Now aren't you all just too jealous that I live here and you don't! :D Actually, its and entire day of free music so all are invited!

mornin all, it's the crazed one handed typist here... just a note that betty and i have attended the first two roots and rythym fests and had a great time seeing the street performers, others rudies and last but not least leslie and pat.... if you can make it by all means goooooooo.... finally health and weather permitting betty and i will see the musical stylings of the super rudie legend kath... forgive lower case typing but thats just so much easier for now with my arm in a sling....

I'll alert the media.:D Hopefully we will get some video footage to send to the big festivals over here. I reckon she would be loved at Port Fairy Folk Festival, and the plethora of other festivals on throughout the country during the summer/autumn. Kath and her coffin could travel around the country in my MG. Luce and myself would have to travel behind in the dreary old Ford Station Wagon with the stuff.:(
