Well-acquainted with PEBKAC....it's especially prevalent when a new computer or operating system arrives here.

Not sure if anyone here has read Douglas Adams' "The Meaning Of Liff", a hilarious collection of definitions grafted on to words lifted from maps and other oddball sources. If he were still with us, he'd probably have to issue a second volume just for computers.
