Hi all,

today the Klezmatics cd "Wonder Wheel" arrived from California. It contains 12 Woody lyrics melodized for the first time by various Klezmatics members.

Apparently, there are quite a number of Woody Guthrie lyrics that he never got around to setting to music. Janis brought "I Hear You Sing Again" to glorious life and I wish the Guthries would give her more chances to do so with other lyrics.

My understanding is that there are "unreleased" verses of "This Land Is Your Land" in existence, but whether they will ever become public....who knows?
