Auction Announcement!!!!

Hey all you Rudies and Janismaniacs out there - In the last 10 days of November I'm going to be auctioning off 3 Japanese import CDs on Ebay. All 3 have bonus tracks never released on any other issues.....all of the proceeds, net & gross with be donated to the Pearl Foundation. That's all for now, ...oh except they'll all be Janis Ian CDs, (in case you wondered) :)

P.S. Don't ask Janis or the other "rudie powers that be" any questions. This is my set up, and Janis was nice enough let me let you guys know first before I unleash the auctions on the general public at large!!! You may e-mail with any questions if you so desire.....

Another no question can the winner have the cd´s signed by Janis for a moderate extra donation to the Pearl Foundation.

Though Betty and i have not had the priviledge to meet you (yet) I'd just like to say we think what your doing for the foundation is really great. Like many others we will be lurking and watching the progress of your wonderful gesture and one just never knows... Please post a link to the suction (Opppps edited to correct the word suction to auction but hey I laughed to hard so it stands...)items if you can... We Might even find ourselves inspired to bid... I'm not one that trusts ebay a lot but in your case there could never be any question... For now we are saving pennies for the Virginia Trip in January :)

I'm not going to bid on this occasion, although I would love to. I already have the Ultimate Best and until I work out how to sort out Paypal, well I'm really very happy with the CDs I have right now. And I'm happily catching up with everything Janis is doing/has done. There only seems to be one person who can reduce me to tears just by singing a song... At the moment that song is 'Getting Over You' but that could change.....

Well the verdict is in and the secret cabinet told me not to do anything this time around, leave it be, even though it is for a worthy cause, just sit back and enjoy the excitment from this bidding. Which by the way is a very heartwarming idea from Kathleen who does this in order to support and raise our attention to the Pearl Foundation, remember there was no jar this year. Hugs to you Kathleen.
