Hi there, Annabet, Darleen, Mimi, and friends!
it's been a long time since I sent a photo, and some drawings. So.....here goes!http://i166.photobucket.com/albums/u115/kiwimike_nz/MVC-006F.jpg Here is one I took, about 6 years ago, a Digital photo .......it was early morning.........the sun was starting to shine.......the photo was on the right side in Auckland.........the left side was the North Shore.......with the Waitemata Harbour in between!
A week ago.......last Monday.......I finished a drawing/painting of a yacht....the "America", (1851). http://i166.photobucket.com/albums/u115/kiwimike_nz/AmericaYacht2.jpg ...and yesterday day, I finished this... . I was fairly pleased, as the flower was an "original", not a copy!http://i166.photobucket.com/albums/u115/kiwimike_nz/AFlower2.jpg
I have some photo's taken in 1900...there-a-bouts?...great photo's....so when i have the chance, i will send them. I'm sure that anyone interested in Native Americans will enjoy them!

Wow! kiwi mike, that photo is breathtaking! The landscape there is beautiful! And the sun rays breaking through the clouds, well... I am at a lose for words to describe it.

And mike I am so impressed with your drawings! Keep it up, you are getting better all the time. I can understand why you are most proud of the drawing of the flower. I like ships, they are really pretty. But I love Flowers and your drawing of the flower is beautiful and an original.

This Schooner is one my daughter (Rosemary) has sailed on a few times.

The photo is beautiful too. What a lovely dramatic sky.

that flower should be repeated on my bedroom curtains :)

The Scooner........"Fairbridge"...Aursome!! Rosemary is very lucky!
The drawing i sent, to "America"....was the schooner won, 1851. The very original yacht that sailed from U.S. versus England. Such as.....http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Americas_Cup
