Hello, I've had a company laptop for a while, so I've left my home PC on the dreaded MSN dial-up for years. I've finally updated the home tower to Qwest DSL, and supposedly am able to maintain my MSN email address as they use MSN email, so I'm still sort of checking emails the same way (?). Anyway, I have yet to contact MSN to remove the monthly billing for dial up access, and I've encountered a few problems. I can access my email through: Windows Live Email, or through MSN (also My MSN). However, I can't seem to get my new home page to alert me of new emails as my old dial-up did, so I have to manually check hotmail to find out. More annoyingly, for some reason I can no longer simply cut and paste links and/or file photos into the body of my email. When I right click as I had in the past, no menu drops down in the body. Can anyone offer some help on this? I have a feeling there are a few bugs to work out with the conflicting providers on my system. Thank you.:)
