i just got a letter in the mail from the pittsburgh parking department, seems that i parked too long didnt put enough quarters in or something...got a ticket for $39.00!!!

Pittsburgh sure was an expensive trip.

So, what happened to the original ticket? It wasn't on your dashboard? Hmm. Do they say WHERE it was you parked too long? I think you should contest it. But then they'd probably make you drive back and that would be another nightmare. What a time you had driving in and all around "the Burgh!"

I dont know what happened to the original ticket, but it told me where the car was located and what time it was.....I am not driving back there - with gas prices being 3 bucks a gallon, no way. I paid the $39.00 and called it a loss. Yes, it was a memorable experience for sure. Can't wait for August. lol
