Calling all Rude Girls, but especially the one with the multi-color pipe cleaner hair! What are you up to? You need to get back into the social circuit!

Last thing I heard she was seen in Duesseldorf together with a certain German Rudie wearing Birkenstocks...

Ja Mimi, so ist es. Bitte mache viele schöne Bildern. Mit Rude Girl und mit dir. Wir können nicht viel länger warten. Wir können kaum schlafen!

Hi, it's me, Rude Girl!

You are right, I'm still in Germany. BRRRRRR, terribble weather over here, lots of rain and wind, almost storm, I caught a terrible cold and had to stay in bed for more than a week.

I waited here for better weather so that Mimi and I could go for another bike trip. - The first one along the river Rhine was beautifi, I loved it and there'll be some pics this afternoon. This weekend I'll resume my Worldtour. Next stop will be at Marjan's home in Nijmegen.

Wilde Grüße,

Euer Rude Girl

When RG heads back to the States, can you send her to Indiana with some of that rain and cool weather? Crunchy lawns are not pleasant, and I'm sick and tired of the heat and humidity! Wendy, be glad you were here when the weather was pleasant!

Karen, I'll send you some German Rain in a bottle! Is that ok for you? ;) 2007 is a good year - as far as the rain is concerned...

Yep, but she has to come ringing with me in Scotland before she gets back to the States, and with my new cameraphone, that shouldn't be a problem....should it????? :D

Don't worry, Annabelle, Rude Girl will come your way.

Now there was some question as to whether RG would go to Iceland to visit Gisli. Since Gisli is no longer posting to the message board, I do not see the point of sending RG. Nothing personal, but the whole point of this exercise is for the amusement and dare I say it, bonding of the denizens of the JIMB.

I'd noticed Gisli hasn't been among us for quite a while...what is the reason for that, if I may ask? Doesn't he love us any more? Does he blame us for melting his island? What's up??

Thanks, Oak...I do remember reading that from Gisli, and really thought he might be back occasionally. However, he evidently plans to come to the Rudieque, so maybe he'll drop in after that now and then...he was a good read, and how many times do we get to talk with an Icelander? I miss him.:(

I'm still in touch with Gísli and he always sends his regards to the Dutch Rudies with whom he and his kids had a very nice time in 2006 at a couple of concerts of a certain singer-songwriter... Life's been busy for him to say the least. And he's really looking forward to RG visiting Iceland...

Yes, but if he's not posting on the Board any more.... I mean, we're half way through August already, and I really don't know how he'll post photos on the Board if he's not posting  . Isn't that the whole point of this? I still say if he wants RG to go to him then he shouldn't have stopped posting on here, as we all miss him. Same with Annie's Dad. I'm still in touch with him by email and snail mail, but because he doesn't post here any more I don't "see" as much of him as I would like..... I would never dream of doing anything about sending RG where she can't keep in touch with the Message Board. Just my humble opinion.
