SAN FRANCISCO - A man called Moses who tried to part the waters of an Idaho creek for a real estate development project violated the Clean Water Act and should go to prison, a federal appeals court (http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/20113928/#) ruled Friday.

One of the more entertaining ways of studying the Bible is to read through bits of the text and try to imagine how long most of the characters would have stayed out of prison in today's world. In most cases....not long.
