Hello,
I am slacking again at work. Here are a few pics of me with my freshly dyed here. And yes, I am wearing my tangoshoes.

WOW!
That's all I can say!
Thank you Andrea and Amy *blush*
Andrea, I am going to tell you one more time. Listen closely. I'll say it slowly so you won't be able to misunderstand it:
S-T-E-P A-W-A-Y F-R-O-M T-H-E S-H-O-E-S
and no harm will come to you. I promise...

Very flattering, Eva!
Do you actually dance the Tango or are the shoes just for looks? And if you do, do you do so on the boats?
Just curious.http://i90.photobucket.com/albums/k267/deemark/Emoticons/biggrin.jpg
That's a really great new look, Eva! Very cool, red and short!
Only thing I know, Dee: Eva wears those shoes on the boat - even with the strongest storms like that one we had last winter. Heroic!

Wow! Envy the red!
Actually that's only a little lighter than the color I got for my hair... However I'm too timid to actually go through with it, even if it is non-permanent (because when I've had enough of dealing with this hair in all its length it's going to locks for love, so I'm trying to avoid damaging it) and should wash out in about four months... I'm just so used to my hair.
My sister dyed her hair, though it didn't change it too much. But I got a more dramatic red than she did, so... yeah.
Just for any of you that don't know the story, a recap of why I'm a bit timid of dying my hair: In ninth grade I dyed my hair black. For Halloween. My mother allowed me to (in fact she helped). I told her it would wash out in a month, but I guess she was thinking more along the lines of one night... But so I dyed my hair, and it came out looking gorgeous. Because of how light my skin is I looked really, really eye-catching, but it didn't go jet black, only a dark brown sort of black, so it wasn't too creepy. So then, my mother, trying to dye my hair back, apparently, used the stuff they give you to take previous dyes out, but only as long as you're going to dye over it anyway. Well... It was basically bleach, and the black had taken really well. I ended up with a skunk strip. So then I went with my father to a professional, pointed at Dad and said, "His hair without the gray." So that was how I retrieved my hair color back. So now my hair is finally (after many trimmings and years), I am certain, all natual again.
But I'll take those shoes anywhere! Ooh... I have to show you guys my recent cute shoes. And my cute skirt. I finally gave up being so timid about showing off my legs... I'm so happy. The skirt doesn't even go down to my knees... It manages to worry me only on windy days.
I talk way too much, too.

Whewwwwww! Looking hot, sweety! :D
Aaaaaaawww... you are all so sweet. Thank you! I get a lot of positive feedback. And my parents liked it too.
Dee, Mimi, I don't dance tango, no. I wear danceshoes for looks (they are classical and elegant) Also these are handmade and every effort is put into it that they are as comfy as possible. I won't bore you with the how and why. I know how I get once we start talking shoes.
Annabel, they are 7 centimetres high. However, because they are so well made I hardly notice. I have tango's with 9 com heels too. Now those feel really high. Because they are. And I only have small feet.
As a rule I don't wear them on a boat. I wear my Ecco's then or in any case something flat and something that gives a bit more grip. However, if needed I can wear these. I also move house with these on if neccesary./ But I prefer not to. Don't want to run the risk to damage them
Song, don't be afraid to wear something bold. Hair, clothes, shoes, whatever... You'll be beautiful, believe me.

Eva, even those are too high for me. 3 years ago I had an accident which left a 10 inch gash in my right knee, nerve damage considerable. It's all healed up fine, but I still have wierd feelings in that knee, and it's still very painful to kneel down. High heels would exacerbate this, and I now wear flat shoes, the flatter the better. However, don't let me stop you wearing them, and you really ARE beautiful :)

I have gorgeous shoes. I just recently started noticing that, although many of the shoes that are my size happen to have barbie on them, also some designer shoes make them that small, and narrow enough to fit my feet.
Unfortunately, due to my small shoe size and tom-boyish outlook much of my life, I had no clue how to walk in heals before I got them.
So I learned by fooling around, as I always do, wearing them out to dinners and actually going with Dad to park the car and walking back to the casino, balancing merrily on the curb. It was... interesting. He caught me once when I nearly fell right into a car.
:o
Ah well... I'll have to have a picture taken of me sometime soon wearing them.

Me at Amsterdam Gay Pride last Saturday. The first picture is taken after a meal at a very good Italian restaurant. I usually look very happy after a good meal. The second picture was on the official website. I am sitting on a bridge, first row, feet dangling down, and the parade (on boats) is passing by under me. I can almost touch the people on the boats with my feet. I have black shoes on (comfy Ecco's) and behind me is a woman standing with a blue-green striped shirt. It was a very sunny day and I got lobsterred :D
