"...if an instrument breaks just before or during a solo for example, it is often because of a low quality vegetable."

Mmmm, yes, I, I can see that...

If you want to get really freaked out, try listening to some of the audio clips.

For that matter, the video is a real head trip.

Finally an explanation for all those weird sounds that come out of me whenever I eat vegetables.

That was cool, Gandalf! http://i90.photobucket.com/albums/k267/deemark/Emoticons/applause.gif

This is just abit much for me actually. Whilst well put together it all seems just a little bit modern. Something of a novelty which Carol would most probably welcome to St Mary's for a lunchtime concert during the Festival. They're fantastic!!!!!! :D I would probably want to eat the Cucumber!!!!!

Oh, this was quite the oddball item... thanks Gandalf!!

I wonder when these people were children, did their parents admonish them too much as to NOT play with their food, and they are now making up for it! :D

Waaayyy before Youtube, I was in a one time orchestra at Uni where we had to write the score in an unconventional manner, and use instruments made from everyday items around the home. It turned out quite good, and not so "Johnny one note" as the vegies, and because we had the "music" in front of us and a conductor, it was a little more structured. Good fun.:p

I once put together a trio for the Chamber Music Workshop's Friday Anything Goes with a hose horn, a 'Foop', (which was a telescoping shower rod played like a trombone), and a chinese flute from Chinatown, SF. It sounded roughly like the cantina combo from Star Wars, we performed the Bouree from Handel's Water Music, and brought down the house in tears of laughter. What fun!:D

Yes, I remember back in my highschool music theory class we had a similar assignment to create a piece using anything but real musical instruments.
