Wikipedia Help

I'm helping my friend edit her Wikipedia page. We can handle the text, links etc without any problems but are struggling to edit images. We need to get an image of her latest CD up there and need to change a couple of the others. I have tried and tried for a couple of hours and it's really frustrating and the instructions they provide are very vague. Help...
