Went to the bank today to secure a line of credit. We decided to bring extra ammunition in the form of JanisIan.com logo'd denim matching shirts. The loan officer was literally bowled over by our superior musical chops/taste :D

Loan secured, legal fees waved. Yes, we're convinced she made the negotiating difference...
