Ginger went missing on Tuesday after I had cleaned him up..... he was soaking as he had been lying in his own....
but I'm fairly sure he's behind the washing machine, and I'll come back later
Reminds of what one of our cats did when we only mentioned the ugly three letter word at the breakfast table: VET! He left the house and turned up again the following night or sometimes days later!

Mimi, I've posted elsewhere on the Board that we think he's on his way out, but I just want his last days to be comfortable...not stuck behind the washing machine without food, warmth and love. Catherine was crying last night, Mr Abram was shouting at me for something that isn't my fault, and I phoned friends in a panic.... I don't need anything else to go wrong with my life right now.
Maybe your poor kitty needs company behind the washing machine.:(

I really don't think there's any hope for him now as we haven't seen him since Tuesday :( ans see a larger version of him here

There, I've managed to upload the photograph as an avatar in his memory.

and his eptaph would say.....
The cat on my Avatar is called Ginger. He went missing on Tuesday. We have searched high and low for him and still can't find him....I'm fearing the worst and this is just one of the memorial pages we have started for this old soldier. From climbing the curtains and ruining my nets the night before he got taken to the V-- (shh.... he might be listening) to working out his endearing cuddly ways, and how he dealt with the dog (believe me, it was masterful) when he got too close. His fondness of.....taps and his insistence on being in the bathroom when it was already cold Dearest Ginger, we will all miss you. If you are gone, RIP now
