I have been following Scotland's (and France's) elections with interest. Last I heard it looked like the National Party may win a majority, which could lead to a referendum for independence from the UK. You know, the Queen is hangin' here just down the road in Virgnia, you guys can take off before she gets back! I'll go distract her. . .

In my mind, Independence for Scotland at the moment is the wrong thing to do. I don't think many of us want that. There is so much else we need to do first.
