Gateshead Show

I was there last night at the Gateshead show with PeteCC and had a fantastic time. I have had a bit of a tough time recently but i have to say that the music from Janis really does help you through tough times. Just taking in the words and what they mean has given me the strength to keep myself going.
The show was superb and only wish i could see her everyday in concert because Janis is simply fantastic. I also have to say that she was on top form with her jokes aswell. One of the songs she sang was written that afternoon and had many people crying with laughter.

P.S I am brand new to the message board so a big HELLO to everyone!!

Hi, yes unfortunately i have the pleasure of dealing with his wit many times. He is one of the most sarcastic, witty people and what most people dont realise is that he means everything in good humour (well most of the time). You should try going fishing with him, once he starts singing you are virtually guaranteed that you will not catch a fish because they will be staying as deep as possible to stay away from the noice.
In truth though he is a top man who i am proud to have as my best mate!!!

Hi Anne, ive heard alot about you aswell from Peter, all good!!
I did not have anything to do with that crazy woman, i think Pete has learnt a big lesson from that although we can all have a good laugh about it now.
Its good to hear from you Anne and its nice everyone is being very kind in welcoming me to the board.
