today i looked at the touring info and there it was in black and white...Janis Ian is going to be 45 mins from my house in june! In Poughkeepsie NY! a drive i could make in 25 mins if someone would keep the cops busy. Holy schmoly!!! Now i need to find a date! anyone else going?

Hoops.. that's very cool. Not too far from me either.. I could hop a train at Port Henry, be there in 3.5 hours or do, but unfortunately, that's a very busy time of year for us, plus I will have just come back from my California trip.

Hoops, I think the show is really at Croton on the Hudson (correct me if I am wrong) Because that's where they have the festival. Why the schedule says Poughkeepsie is beyond me? Hoping it is really in Poughkeepsie! We shall see. Go to clearwater.org. (And Hoops...Your heading says "Janet" vs. Janis) I'm assuming it's a typo? Lol.
