Roady and Mimi,

We have some new faces on this forum, and that is always a good thing. I would tough in this thread like to draw attention to two relatively new members, Roady and Mimi. They´re post is always a treat to read, they show a true affection towards Janis music and never stop to amaze me with they´re detective work on Janis. While I have more and more started to drift off from Janis and more towards ME, ME, ME, ME, them two´s have not. There is much I have learned about Janis because of them. This I would like to thank you guys for from the bottom of my heart and ask you to keep up the good work.

I will like to thank Roady and Mimi for all their good work! But me Andrea, all I do is make conflicts. I would like to thank you for your compliment but I think you are way too cool. And that is from a 52 year old woman, but I still know cool when I see it. :cool:

I've got a new work schedule and don't get to work at home anymore so with all the traveling don't have the time, brainpower or energy to reply to a lot of the hot topics. Looking for photos and stories is a form of relaxation for me so I'll just keep on sharing. If you want me to look for something specific, just holler.

I watched "Pirates of the Caribbean" just this evening. I learned a lot about ships from Captain Jack. I think I need a sword or a musket, "oh no that is a gun" there I go making conflicts again!

Can't find better words. Before joining this board I never really understood what people do in forums and why. Well, I've changed my mind but I'm sure it is because this MB is so very special, a real community, a small island in the ocean of cyberspace, a place to feel at home, thank you all.

As a historian I like doing researches... it's fun and a good way to relax. And when I discovered Janis and her music a year ago a new world opened up for me.

Thanks, Eva, people like you and many others on this board make me that curious. I've discovered so many new singer/songwriters since I joined this board and I like to share that because music is so important for me.
