They printed my letter.........

Well, for months and probably about a year I have been periodically writing to Curve Magazine requesting they to do a cover story or feature article on Janis....I had not purchased the magazine for a few months but last week decided to pick up a copy of the April issue....well, there was my letter.....now let's see if in the future they will do the article......still no reply from Ellen and her staff:(

Hey Ellen,
How about booking Janis Ian. Her new album Folk Is The New Bkak is hot! She first hit the scene with Society's Child n the 60's. Then got her Grammy for Between The Lines and At 17 in the 70's. Here she is in the new millenium kicking it up better than ever before. PS. I have seen her life a number of times.

Hey Dar........actually I saw your mention of the review here on the board. I sure wish they would do a cover and interview spread like "Girlfriends" did a few years ago. I was shocked though that they printed my umpteenth letter.

Please, everyone, keep bugging Ellen....I can just imagine the dialogue between her and Janis. Then again, that might be why they have not asked Janis to appear....Ellen might have a problem with being upstaged.
