Thanks Chet- I was trying to reconstitute the list in m head just now LOL

and yes, On the other side was phenomenal.

Other highlights for me were a very passionate rendition of "Watercolors" with Janis scowling with bitterness as she sang "I need no charity". "Haven't I got Eyes" was wonderful with the beautiful and subtle guitar effects- and the words really hit home.

And "Fly Too High" was a hillarios singalong...

I spoke to a woman in the interval who had been a fan for over 30 years but had never seen Janis before- she was in tears for much of the show... I told her about the website and she promises to give us a visit...

She sang it as an encore at the last Dublin show.

And you can always leave your request on the stage near the mic.

She was hilarious trying to read the handwriting on the request paper, and finally put it back on the floor to read from 4 ft something up.

On the Other Side is our favourite song. Having left the request on stage for her, we weren't sure if she would be able to include it in the set.
It was an stunning performance and the sound effects of her voice being recorded live and then replayed instantly in the latin verse at the end of the song was amazing. Thanks to Greg on the sound desk for this.
It was the best performance I have heard and sent tingles down my spine.
Thank you Janis - what a memory for us!
