Well it's 11:53pm, the temperature is in the lowish 20's and we just got home from a really good concert...Gary Puckett (formerly of Gary Puckett and the Union Gap) and B.J. Thomas... In a nutshell we had a great time and really good seat at the State Theatre is Easton Pa (where there really are no pad seats....)

Both acts played their featured classics of the 1960's & 70's such as "Woman, Woman" by Gary Puckett and "Raindrops keep falling on my head" by B.J, Thomas.... Both artists were accompanied by strong back up bands and both artists proved that they had a sense of humor....

I would say both acts are worth seeing should you find the opportunity...Both Betty and I feel we got our monies worth from this show...

Anyway I'm dead tired now so I'm going to bed....

It sound like you guys had a great time. I loved Gary Pucklett and the Union Gap. My favorite song I think was young girl and of course Woman Woman and now I will be sing them until I finally go to bed.

Gisli, well without Janis touring it's much harder to find good concerts to attend in comfortable size venues..... The next we have tickets for is Bjorn Again (A tribute to ABBA) in June... We've seen them twice now and really a good show... Also we have tickets for Cats in June... No doubt some other concerts will pop up unexpectly... They always do to help me retain my sanity....And were looking at the possibility of showing up at the BlueBird if we can work out the details....
