I signed off on an e-mail at work today with "Oak." Fortunately, I caught the boo boo before I hit the "send" button. I can just imagine what kind of response that would have received. . .

Amy,

No, not that! I believe in separate spheres.

Why, I just don't know what you're talking about. My real name is, Wild Flower Fever.:o Or just Wild Fever to my friends.:D

Ooooh, Oak, I hate it when my spheres ooze together, too. The question you must ask, however, is if they can be separate but equal. ;)

I live two lives, one actual and one cyber. Some days I will admit I don't see any real difference between the two. :o

Things could worse, Oak. You could be sitting and watching cheese ripen.

LONDON, Feb 9 (Reuters Life!) - As pastimes go it is in the same league as watching paint dry, with perhaps a frisson of extra excitement.

English firm West Country Farmhouse Cheesemakers has turned a web camera on a rack of its maturing cheddar cheeses to give aficionados a chance to watch in real time the slow process of mold growth for a whole year and without having to leave home.

"It puts watching paint dry in the shade. If you happen to tune in at the right time you will even get to see them being turned," a company spokeswoman told Reuters by telephone.

Already nearly 49,000 people have clicked on to www.cheddarvision.tv (http://www.cheddarvision.tv/) to enjoy the thrill.

Well if you ask me, you donīt post half as much as you should do, and it donīt make no difference weather you fumble up your name in real life or not...after all you are a Dr and as such are fully licenced and equipped to be a little bewildered now and then.

Me....I have got my Mrsis a little worried for in sleep I tend to cry out: "Hi there, my name is Janis Ian", and then begin to sing ....well humm she says...well to me humming is singing, just ask Tom Waits....and at days I sing "Donīt Leave tonight":o with Conny Vandenbos and Janis......why I have even began to sing with Conny singing Janis in dutch.....heck I am even thinking of making a cd called: "Gisli zingt Conny zingting Janis"..............and proud of it.

So you see you still have a long way to go. But your post here is truly good to read for my sore eyes and an inspiration to my very dull brain....your post is a true food for the brain and if I may add has changed a lot the past few days.....from better to much better... well to the point where you can say it has DOCTOR-IZED..........

Now you just keep in mind that Cyberspace is hyberspace and there is nothing wrong with watching cheese ripen  ..........if anyone thinks otherwise, that person says it best when he or she says nothing at all.:p

You yell out "stem, stem, stem" in your sleep. The next day, you don't get the email and you post that fact anyway :D

Hey, if people watched Andy Warhol's movie "Empire State Building" -- eight hours of the Empire State Building just standing there -- watching cheese ripen might interest them too.

Though I personally have no interest in watching the Empire State Building unless King Kong is on top of it...:p

I once thought of putting out a webcam that would allow people to watch the grass grow. Perhaps I should give it a try.

I think every one of you is right. You also know you post too much if Janis / John says so in your tagline. A very clear clue... :o
