This is something for Kathleen and Dragonlady to answer, but this I know:
Janey´s Blues is from Janis Ian 1
Winter Time I think is amisspell and more likely the song Winter Fire a instrumental from an album called Simple Gifts. They play that song together Janis and longtime soundman and co-manager, Philip Clark.
All to you and You are love are two songs where Janis sings with a big orchestra, violins and everything.....very nice very beautyful. Don´t know from what albums they are, Kathleen knows.

Ohhh and We Three Kings you can find at a bar in Pittsburgh, they bear the names of Randy, Ponytail and Redjack.
