View Full Version : Very tired but still standing
First of all, so many many thanks for so much kindness...
Secondly, I'll make this my last health-specific post because I want to be cautious not to use Janis' Forum in the way of a personal blog: Surgery went as predicted with the exception that two eye muscles may present some extra work/surgery later down the line (damaged in a way they hadn't anticipated.) Follow up appointment tomorrow and then I don't know how things proceed from that point. Pain very much under control after an horrific first night, so that's good.
Again to each of you...I have felt your generous spirits throughout this ordeal and I am humbled.
Judy
All the very best for your appointment tomorrow Judy:)

I'm very sorry there are extra complications, but it is good to hear that most of the surgery went as expected. Get well soon. We're keeping you in mind.

Judy,
Thank you so much for your continued posts. I for one do not think you are turning this into your personal medical blog. IT COULD HAVE BEEN ANYONE OF US THIS HAPPENED TO!
Today I will celebrate your good spirit and spirts! And I will continue to wish you well.

Judy, the neatest thing about family is that we all take turns leaning on each other and support on another. I dare say we've all had our time to depend on the others here. So you just take care of yourself, keep us all posted and let us do the rest!

Peace to you and bring on the painkillers! Don't be afraid to insist.
We're with you as always, so don't be a stranger, ok? Plenty of us turn this forum into a "personal blog" at times--when it's called for, it's called for. S please, don't hold back.
Blessings to you.
hey there,
I don't think any one of us feels like you are turning this into your personal blog. many of us have shared and will continue to share when unfortunate events happen. We are family!
You are being incredibly brave and strong through this horrific time. I admire your courage.
Judy - good to hear from you. Please let us know how you are doing. Like Dar says, we are family, maybe a little dysfuntional at times, but we care about each other, and that includes you. Be well, my friend.
