David, thanks for posting the link. I watch the Daily Show frequently but missed this particular segment.

Surprise, surprise: gay marriage here in Massachusetts has NOT led to the demise of culture or to widespread catastrophe. It hasn't really led to ANYTHING remarkable, except for the fact that ALL the commonwealth's citizens may choose to marry if they wish. I'm proud of our state for leading the way on this issue, but I'm nervous about the right being taken away, fear the backlash that may still be yet to come.

Thinking of all you UK Rudies as you anticipate Janis's shows over there! Look forward to hearing your reports...
