...for another furry faced new fan!

I sent my son, his wife and her daughter (14) tickets to see Janis at The Palms in Winters, CA on Nov. 4. My son, James' birthday is Nov 11, and he'll turn 40 this year...I'm not that old!...so thought he ought to go someplace special, and that concert is right on his doorstep, couldn't think of anyplace more special for him to go than a Janis Concert!

Keep an eye open for the trio: He has a beard, dark brown longish hair, not quite as scraggy looking as RandyPA, but progressing in that direction.
His wife is a slender blonde, short hair. Great gal! (may look stern, but not)
The daughter is blondish, and 14, pretty kid.

OK, Dar, and all you who are going to Winters...look for this gang and introduce yourselves...I've told him to be on the lookout for Rudies, and to introduce himself as 'Bat's Son' to Janis. Make him feel welcome, and he'll be a definite plus addition to the Rudies...he's a Geek, btw. Might be useful.
:D

Hee hee....Randy, you certainly do resemble that remark, you scraggy ol' Hippy, you!...and you love every minute of it. :D
At least that is one thing you cannot blame on Redjack! :p

Dar, thanks for keeping the eyes peeled! If you'll send me your e-mail to Olbat413@aol.com, I'll send a pic of them so you'll recognize them. Still can't figure out how to add a pic to this site. Geeze.

Of course, there's always the tactic that has been used in the past! In the restroom, yell out, "Are there any Rudies in here?" I know we got positive results in Muncie, IN!

Oh I'm gonna try that...but I'll have to do it in the Men's restroom to find Bat's son! ;)

Hey Andrea,
You're going to be at the SF show too aren't you?

We may go over early to hang out at Borderlands. Love that bookstore!
