I've been watching that on the news as well. We're dealing with severe weather from the same weather system in Ohio. We have a tornado watch until 11PM. The worst we've seen so far is pea-sized hail. Hopefully nothing more than that. At least we have a basement if we need to seek refuge!

Relieved to hear that all's well and that you've got power. Nothing like a little tornado scare while preparing for the European leg of the tour (not!)

btw, I used to live just north in Bowling Green... worked in Franklin, KY at the time. That was back in the dark ages when being a single, Catholic Yankee was a REAL oddity. I didn't last long and fled to Boston at my company's first offer.

But they were LARGE peas! We got a good crop, but nothing like they had south of here! New pictures of PILES of hailstones in Bloomington where my daughter goes to school.

Those Tennessee twisters can be bad! I was also hoping everyone down there is OK. Glad to hear nothing bad.
