@Glenn Eure's Ghost Fleet Gallery in Naggshead,Noth Carolina, there is going to be a fantastic art show by Glenn and his buddy Denver. It is named _"Nudes for Dudes and Prudes. " Betty, Randy and I plan to go. If you are in the area , see the show, tell him you know me. He is quite a character. He wears a red barret and has a patch over his eye. When growing up I was told by his Father that he knows the location of Blackbeard's treasure. Ask and maybe he will tell you the secret. Blackbeard's ship was just found in these waters just off the coast from The Ghost Fleet Gallery . The show is worth traveling to see and this area of the country is wonderful. Go and have a wild and wonderful time! He may draw a picture just for you.

I don't know which I like better, the name of the exhibit or the name of the gallery. :)

Welll speaking for the gallery it's quite a place... Speaking for the character Glenn is pretty cool... But then he's related to betty and Suzzzzzz so what would you expect... Seriously if you get to OBX stop by the Gallery... Glenn is a true artist and gets much of the credit for the new Monument in KillDevil Hills celebrating 100 years of flight... Oh and he can even paint clowns... ;)

Perhaps but then his artwork is seen by just a few that are strange enough to follow the workings of the serial killer mentality LOL.... Glenn's art is seen by MILLIONS.... :)

I'm glad somebody else mentioned John Wayne Gacy so I didn't have to. Whoops! There I go mentioning him...

I like pirates, but clowns creep me out more than anything else (besides ventriloquist dummies and nuns). Of course, this is a NUDE exhibit, so you couldn't tell a subject's occupation from their outfit anyway, right? (Mental image of naked man holding a ventriloqust dummy on his lap...shudder...)

P.S. (WORSE mental image...naked ventriloquist dummy pulls a misplaced Pinocchio...RUN!:eek:

I';m not sure i'm allowed back to nagshead anytime soon, not since the pirate plunder of 95 anyway.. don't think the statute of limitations have run out yet.

Just the thought of a naked ventriloquist's dummy is enough for a good shudder. At the same time, somewhere out there, there simply has to be a low-budget movie script into which a naked ventriloquist could be inserted for a cheap laugh.

Just as long as no one can see his lips move....

Glenn has painted a portrait of a Nun. It is at the gallery. I especially like this portrait. It talks to me about the conflict in women ;saint/whore Woman/mother personiality conflict. The nun has bright red lips and is a personal friend of Glenn's but I think she looks very much like my Mother,Jill. Be sure to ask to see the nun when you go. I would like to buy her someday and have her in my home. The lady in the portrait is truly a nun..... Did you know Elvis Presley died in August just 29 years ago. Priscilla Presley states in her book...... that they had great sex before she had Lisa Marie but not after because he then thought of her as a Mother /saint. Elvis siteings ended when Lisa married Jackson but may start again now that she is not married to him any longer and presuing a singing carreer in his ghost prints. I still like Elvis allot. Does anyone else. Graceland is probably gawdy but someday I hope to see it. Has anyone been there?
