That is truly the definition of pathetic. Of course, I find the whole issue to be pathetic, but...The definition of sad has been changed in the dictionary now, to be replaced by the RIAA. :(

Would love to be a fly on the wall when the judge has a chance to comment on this sort of thing. Don't be at all surprised if he does.
