i need help , my life is going to good and need to talk.its 3:30 Pst Calif Tuesday afternoon. Thats when i usually get in trouble , when my life is soooooooo good i need to ruin it.

The bad wave, just pasted. anyone know what i mean? i sometimes just get so overwelmened with life and dont know what to do ,or who to talk about it with ,,,, it passed for the time, but it hits me like a wave . more often than not. im ok im ready to live again and looking forward to making plans for the picnic.
